The team uses account-specific rates to keep track of what different facilities are paying. According to the customer, this has "helped us grow our revenue a lot."

Q: What about managing vehicles?

One of the biggest improvements came when the team needed to switch assignments between vehicles.

"I had to do that here recently, you know, move them from one vehicle to the other, so I love that feature."
